The session will consist of a 3-hour taikai practice (shiai and shinpan) in the JCCC wood dojo, followed by an official presentation about the Team Canada Iaido Program. Details and Q&A on the requirements and expectations of team members, coaches, managers, candidates, and prospects will be on the agenda. The session is open to all CKF members at $25/person.

The TCIP Committee has set as their goal, March 31st as the day the Team Canada Iaido Program will officially launch, with a finalized Terms of Reference (ToR), Internal Nomination Procedure (INP), and Competition Action Plan (CAP) for 2019.
